1981 Honda CB900 Custom. I have owned this bike for 8 years, when I bought it the bike was in completely original condition but needed some cosmetics to bring it back to mint. It has all the original decals and emblems, the gas tank was in nearly perfect condition but needed to be buffed out, same with the side covers. To keep the bike as close to original as possible the tank and side covers were NOT repainted. The original pipes were removed and re-chromed, no dents but they are not quite perfect. The valve covers and all the aluminum and chrome, including every nut and bolt, were polished and restored to original condition. All screws, cable ties, etc. were replaced with OEM where needed. Turn signals were replaced with OEM. The carbs were sent out to Seattle to be cleaned and balanced, and the bike got new tires, brakes, coils, igniters (all OEM) and complete fluid changes. And finally, the original seat had a tear in the side which is evident in the pics, so that got replaced with an custom replica OEM seat to match the original stitching (and cost $600). Selling the bike because I just bought a Valkyrie that needs a little TLC. It starts and runs great, very fast, 10-speed works great, no issues. NEVER seen rain since I've had it.
